Welcome! I would like to know I have a subscription for 14 days xbox live, but it does not appear to discount and so I want to buy a 3 month subscription! I have a question I have to wait until the end of 14 day subscription? Or you can buy a 3 month subscription
and discounts will c it act? Or should we wait until the end of 14 day subscription please tell me?

Problem account xbox live gold

I scratched yesterday a xbox live gold code for 14 days.

Once the operation performed on my son's account I received an email telling me:

Hello kader,

Yanis purchased 14-day Gold Test

But after the subscription does not appear anywhere and does not work can you help me?

Xbox Live Gold does not work

I have purchased subscription Xbox Live Gold until 03/14/2017, but today I did not start the game (Games with Gold). The store offered to buy a gold membership. Subscriptions in the console, it also does not appear.

If you buy a 3 month subscription it will overwrite the trial and you will be seen as gold so discounts will work.

Before I go forward with a year subscription I redeemed a 14 day subscription. I did this through the Xbox 360 and it stated I had a 14 day Gold trial. However, nothing happened. I called tech support who was not helpful. I went on line and looked at
my account and there was no record of the 14 day trial. On my 360, I am not considered gold and there is some kind of error as in my account settings it says 14 day trial but I have no gold status or abilities.

I then decided to use another one of my codes that I have never used before. Directly into Xbox Live's website, I entered the 14 day code hoping this would resolve my issues. Although the code was accepted and I was to have a 14 day GOLD trial... Nothing
changed and there is no mention of the subscription anywhere.

Lastly, I have lost trust in my entering a code. I have a one year subscription card that I can use that a family member said they would give me.... However, I believe it would just be swallowed up like the last two attempts.

Any thoughts?

If you have redeemed a Gold Subscription while your 14 Day Trial was active, then the 14 Day would be cancelled.

The Rewards website sometimes doesn't update at all, it does usually takes about 92 Hours for the XBOX Live rewards server to notice that you got Gold Membership, just give it alittle time.

Trial subscriptions don't stack like regular gold does. So if you add the card now, that subscription would immediately start and you would lose the rest of the 14 days.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. Are you referring to the 14 day trial of Xbox live gold or Xbox game pass for PC? If you are being re-routed to the 1 month subscription, most likely means you have had the subscriptions before. The 14-day
trials are most times for customers that never had the subscription.
