    now according to enforcement.xbox.com it says i have an active infraction but it gives me this when i click it " Infraction Date Details of your active enforcement is unavailable right now. Please check back soon." now my account has been suspended in the
    past for bio being offensive even though the words i used were not swears or offensive but last suspension for that was in 2012 > does that mean i was suspended for when it says i have active infractions/suspensions ? like a record? cause i know i havent
    done anything that violates the EULA and i can still access all account and xbox live services with my account !!!

    one game of hardcore tdm it gave me a sniper rifle and the knife, I was like wait a minute this isnt any of my classes

    already asked (waiting for reply) i was seeing if any other XBL user knows why it says that

    also currently my account isnt suspended so IDK why it says that of course its been like that since the enforcement page was put up

    This didn't help at all... My account is in my hardrive, so I don't need to download it...and to chance my Windows live ID I need to get my account connected to xbox live, but when I do that my console says "Your Xbox Live membership information isn't valid.
    Use profile with a valid membership or download your profile from Xbox Live"... so can I chance my windows live ID in the internet or what should I do?

    This is weird

    This happens alot when trying to buy gold off the site. Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies. Also try using a different browser or computer
