Weird Xbox Problem, need help! Factory Reset?

I seem to be having a console support problem lately. Contacted support on twitter and they told me to leave a forum here so here I am.

Three days ago, I bought Dead Island Definitive Edition for my xbox (Before I go on, I have the One S and an Alpha Insiders Member). After the purchase was made I waited a day to play it with some friends, and that day I had some really bad party problems,
where like 1 minute in, the guide system would crash: I would disconnect from the party without notifying me, and the guide acts like it was crashed and takes a few more seconds longer to start up. When I try to rejoin the party it says I'm still in but after
a minute or two I can rejoin, only for it to happen again. I've had Open NAT and all good connection this whole time. So I thought it was a Dead Island problem, but I went into Rocket League last night with some friends, and the same party problems were occurring.
I feel like I should do a factory reset, and luckily i have an external hard drive to move some games over. Should I continue with the Factory reset or anyone have solutions? By the way, I've hard restarted the console last night before rocket league and was
on energy saving, so that's not looking like the issue. Please and thanks!

Game Error HELP! Original XBOX game for XBOX 360

I am having the same problem, I have a microsoft harddrive, and I was last of live today, xbox is going weird (360) I need help too! I've tried EVERYTHING too! =(

 

Xbox wont update past 73%

I'm trying to factory reset my Xbox one but it gets up to 73% it goes to the start up screen and it's saying my wireless hardware is broken and it needs to go in through repair. I think its because it won't finish. Any help?
