Weird Xbox One moments....(system glitch possibly)

Every so often, even after I've powered down the console for the night, I wake up to the "DING" of the console as if it's being activated and the disc in the disc drive ejecting and re-inserting itself. Then it starts up my tv and loads the game. Sometimes
it even turns off when I am playing it. I know i'm not touching any power on or power off buttons, and no one else is, either. Has anyone else's console been doing this? Anyone know the cause, and how to fix it?

Xbox constantly uploading. Settings > Preferences > GameDVR off

It seems is like a you found a weird glitch in the system.

Lets try the OSUDT that will hopefully determine and remove the glitch from the console.

Is it my account playing or xbox.com?

Does everything work properly? Might just be some weird system glitch

 

Based on a few of the support threads with the same issue, seems like it was suggested unplugging the console overnight and lots of people have had success with that fixing the issue.

 

Well, yeah.. no power means it cannot ding. ALso means having it able to automatically update my games while off is moot, too. I like coming home to updated games and such, so I was hoping there was, or would be a fix so that it wouldn't ding while plugged
in. lol. Though hopefully you meant 1 night of unplugging fixes the issue and i can leave it permanently in.
