Weird xbox gold membership

I activated 1 year membership in my account in january (til 01/2019). it worked fine for some month, but now my account doesn't recognise it. The weird is, that my boyfriend have an account in the same xbox, and his account can see
my membership and he also can uuse it, but i can't.... the problem is, we can't buy games because the credit cards data are in my account so we can't buy any games, even the free ones...

My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

Hi there,

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there. If the subscription shows, try the following steps

- Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

- Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

- Redownload your profile

If these steps fail or if the subscription isn't showing anymore, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

It's just so weird it still charges the gold membership..

buying live points from stores cost the double almost.. that means.. no more DLC's or any arcades or anything..

and my credit card is fine, no suspensions.
