    There’s this weird stripe of pixels at the top of the screen. Is there a fix for this?

    Got it, as a last advise and in case you didn't try it, could be nice perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.
    For this you need a USB and PC to format it and transfer files provided in the link below (with steps):

    I tried using a different hdmi port and then a different cable and this didn’t solve the issue

    I’ve checked through all the games I downloaded and it appears this only happens on lego builders journey. Could it possibly be a bug in that game specifically?
