Weird sound glitch on Xbox one s

hello, I own an Xbox one s, and recently many of my games have no audio, and some games and apps as well as the home screen have this really faint high pitched noise rather than the standard audio. this is an Xbox fault as I've tried it on multiple displays with the same effect. any suggestions on how to fix this?

Since you have tried it on multiple displays with the same effect, your console may be need to be serviced.

If you've registered your device, sign in at Device services to see the device's warranty status. If it's within warranty, repairs are free. If your device is out of warranty, you'll be charged a repair fee.

I have already tried both, even new HDMI cables. doesn't work.

You can try change the HDMI cable. If that does not help, you can try reset your console to factory settings. Press the Xbox button to open the guide > Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console.
