    Weird screen


    My xbox screen squishes sometimes and takes a really long time to fix itself. It also makes no sound while in this mode. Plz help

    As RainingRoses said, it seems like it's something to do with the tv settings.

    Do you have any other HDMI ports on the tv you could plug the Xbox into and see if it still does it.

    In that case, I think this may be an issue with your tv settings, try adjusting the display ratio settings.

    Also have you tried resetting your xbox and Tv?

    I have observed that it happens when the tv is off and the xbox is on or when the tv isnt displaying the xbox

    Is it by any chance a setting on the tv, which would mean this only happens on boot up, which you didn't mention when this happens.

    Hi,

    May i ask roughly how long it takes and how often this happens?

    Also does this happen only on start up or does it affect games/ apps too?

    Not too sure what could be causing this issue. The only thing i can suggest is to hard reset the console.
