Weird Screen glitching effect on xbox series s

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly try using a different HDMI Cable, and different TV in that way we can validate if it's an issue with the HDMI cable, or the TV itself.

But if the issue persists, it may mean that it's the console. Try resetting your console and keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

And if that didn't work, getting the console repaired will be the best option. You can sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and then add your console as a device using the serial number. If it's already added simply click on "Info & Support".

Same but the weird thing is even when i got a new xbox it didn't fix (S to Series S)

I see, thank you for providing this photo. If it happens again, here's some things you can try:

- Try a different HDMI cable, and plug the cable into a different HDMI port on your TV.

- If possible, try plugging your Series S into a different display.

- Reset your Xbox's display setting: turn off your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds, then press and hold the power button and pair button at the same time for 10 seconds. This will boot your console in low-resolution mode. To change back to the correct resolution, go to Settings > General > TV & display options, and then select the resolution that you want from the options under Display.

I had a similar issue occur with my Series X once, and it never happened again after that, so it may just be a one-time issue. However if it does occur again you may try the above steps and get back in touch if you need further help.
