Weird rumble feedback new Xbox One controller

Today I received my brand new Xbox One controller to play games on my Windows 10 PC.

Every time when the controller vibrates, it does not feel right at the beginning of every vibration. It is like the motors need to make a few cycles before it can vibrate smoothly. So, for like the first 0.5 seconds a vibration starts, it doesn't vibrate
very smoothly. You can feel the motors rotating. I don't know if it is just me.. or that I have a defective controller.

Am I the only one? Do I have a defective controller?

How are the new controllers?

To me the controller feels so natural.

I love the ergonomics. I love the responsiveness. I love the rumble feedback. I love the controller and am about to buy another one.

I hope they give us a wired versions for even stronger rumble feedback.

^+1. I can't wait to see how the new rumble triggers work and how much better feedback you get from them. I can hold off for a while buying a wheel just so long as the new controller has those new rumble motors in them.

To me the controller feels so natural.

Same problem for me. This night suddenly on Forza my controller stopped rumbling and force feedbacking. No way to restore it. Tried to reboot the system, changing batteries. The controller of my day one edition doesn't rumble anymore. Tried with other games
but no result. In forza settings toggled up and down the vibration setting, but once again, with no result. Is it a problem only with controller or a console one?

I can confirm it works with MS Speedwheel ... but there is no rumble or any other feedback like with controller . maybe some later patch will add it ?
