Weird noise/ Wont recognize game

I just bought Fallout 4 from Gamestop. When I tried to put it in my Xbox it wouldnt recognize the game. It just said make sure it is an xbox one game etc.

Also now when i put the disc is there is a weird sound. It only happens with my fallout 4 disc, no others. I checked the disc and there are no scratches or any damages. Any ideas?

My XBOX 360 won't spin up.

Usually when I start my XBOX it spins up and makes a loud noise but now it wont it just makes some weird noises. So it doesn't get past the XBOX 360 logo when you first start it up. But if it does get past the logo it wont read my game disc. So I usually
have to keep restarting my XBOX until it finally works right.

Xbox One Disc Drive

My xbox one won't make the weird noises, it just completely wont let the disc in. It normally will just slide the disc in easily but the disc drive is unresponsive. Now, my Xbox one wont even turn off.

Hey there. I would start making sure your console is up to date. To do this, open the guide, go down to the settings tab, go to all settings, System, Console info & updates, and if there is an update available, apply that. If not, or if that doesn't help,
I would next go to Turn off console in the Settings tab and then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. If that still doesn't help, there is a handy troubleshooter here:

If you continue hearing weird noises when you have a disc in, there is a chance that you will have to get your console repaired

Every time i introduced a monster hunter world disc on my console it would make strange noises and, stop trying to recognize it or read it very quick. But this wont happen with batttlefield 1, dark souls 3, gta5, or AC origins. I went to the store to change
the disc for "MH:W" and the results were the same or worst (game wont even be rocognized by the console)

My blu-ray player messes up also. It doesn't make any weird sounds or any grinding noises. It just says insert disc. So I have to eject and reinsert disc several times before it will recognize the movie. It's done it a couple times with games too.

Does anybody else have this happen? Why does this happen? One more thing to mention is it happens randomly, I can go several days without it doing it. It's weird right?

I get a weird static noise in some games but nothing as bad as you've got :-/
