Weird Lag.

I hope you guys will find something to help me.. I have talked to 3 customer service agents for about 5 hours total, they didn't seem to understand what I was talking about, and nobody found a solution... They even closed the case, even if they weren't sure
if anything had worked...

While playing Forza Horizon 2 ( I don't know why, this is the only game where it's happening ).. If I turn off my controller and turn it on again ( either by myself or if I'm AFK ) my Xbox One console doesn't seem to find my controller back ( which it did
before I turned it off ). I cleared the system cache ( about 5 times ), the persistent storage (about 15 times ) I deleted the game, and re-downloaded it, I restored the console to it's factory settings ( so I had to download the game for the 3th time. )

I have tried 2 different controllers... I called my friend to see if he's having the same issue and he's not.

I even tried unplugging the mic if it changed anything.

Now before you say anything, THE CONSOLE ITSELF WORKS, AND THE CONTROLLERS TOO. Everything works until I turn off the controllers...
Afterwards, I have to disconnect the power chord in order to make everything work just the way it was before the lag. PLEASE, help me.. This is *** ridiculous.

Weird Lag?

Ever since I came home from college my there's this weird thing that happens to all of my multiplayer games. My Internet speed, ping, latency, any statistic you can think of stays consistent however my connection to online games doesn't. I have about 15-20
minutes of no lag in my gameplay, but after that period all games that require an online connection lag until I disconnect my console from the internet and reconnect it, then it goes back to being good for the 15-20 minutes. This isn't a problem with my console
I know, but my ISP didn't give me any solutions so I figured I'd give this forum a shot. Thanks guys!

 

Weird Lag?

1. The disc of the games you're playing maybe damaged or need cleaning

2. The internet maybe needing a reset

3. Too much storage

4. The console is heating up and needs a break/repair

The same way that you started your thread here. Pick the appropriate sub forum (6 - Xbox One Games) and click on "Add a new post" --> Voila, you are starting a new support thread.
