    Weird issues with Xbox one s & controllers


    I'm having some really weird issues with our Xbox and the controllers.

    It's an Xbox one s, we have 1 wireless controller that came with it, and 1 wired controller. Also a charge and play kit. All Microsoft and all fairly new. The Xbox was bought in December and only recently has been used a lot. The charge and play kit is brand
    new.

    The kit hasn't worked since we got it. The light never lights up. But I can just return that. That's not what this is about.

    The Xbox has 2 accounts. One my son uses and one I use.

    The wireless controller is having weird issues. Ever since we got the charge and play kit, we had been having issues, because the battery does not charge we now have it plugged in. The cord cannot get moved or it turns off. Seems the port on the controller
    is lose.

    Now what's happening, the wireless controller is not working properly but only on ONE of the accounts. The buttons do not work properly on my sons accounts. The A button doesn't work at all, and the the LB and RB buttons are not doing what they're supposed
    to. It worked fine up until we took out the battery and just plug it in to use.

    The wireless controller works FINE on my account. (Other then the cord and battery issue with the charge and play kit)

    On his account, he also is having a bunch is issues with the headset. It's not picking up the mic. But works fine on my account.

    The wired controller works fine on both accounts, but it sucks and we don't want to use it. ( IMO, complete waste of money)

    I'm don't know much about Xbox. I'm feeling very frustrated and confused and would really appreciate some help. I'm frustrated because I feel the controller that came with or Xbox one has a manufacturer defect but we only figured it out once we bought the
    charge and play kit and that was only 3 weeks ago. We wouldn't have even noticed any issues with the port because we hadn't been using it and now we are passed the 90 days for accessories.

    Any suggestions? Any help? I'm not familiar with Xbox one settings and all the stuff that goes on. We just plug in and play.

    Info about xbox one s and x

    I have not suffered with issues of my controllers disconnecting from my Xbox One S or X consoles.

    Xbox One X randomly disconnects all controllers during middle of game.

    have same problem. The weirdest part is that same controllers work perfectly on an old Xbox One S. Already sent it for repair. Same issue upon arrival. There’s something wrong with the new Xbox One X controller firmware I think. Microsoft hasn’t acknowledged
    it yet.

    I have another xbox one controller because my other xbox one controllers left stick keep spam down and my right stick start to move random. Before getting a new xbox one controller, I use this cheap xbox one controller for months without it showing
    sign of the weird bug, the glitche that it toying with the left stick and right stick. Then after this weird bug. thing messing around those sticks I got me another cheap xbox one controller. I been using it for months without a problem. Then there that weird
    disease bug messing around the left stick and right stick. I went back to use the old xbox one controller that catch the weird bug but it seem to recover from this weird bug? The old xbox one controller return back to normal. Then I been using it for months
    without a problem. But then the weird bug return back to the old xbox one controller. And all what is doing is messing with the left stick and right stick. I don't want to buy a another cheap xbox one controller. I don't want to remove the xbox one controllers
    outside layer to remove the part in the left stick and right stick that allow me to click. Because that does not get rid of the weird bug. How did my old xbox one controller is cure from this weird bug? Why the weird bug return back to my old xbox one controller?
    I don't want to keep buying xbox one controller. I want to clean it from this weird bug without open it. I think the old xbox one controller is trying to fix itself to return to normal.
    Have you checked for a controller update

    Love the XBOX One controller. Didn't like the thumb sticks at first, but comparing them to the 360's I now like them a lot more. Now that I'm used to it the 360 controller feels weird. I'm with everyone else with it not feeling as well made as the 360 controller
