    Weird issue with Captures


    Hey everyone!

    So I'm getting a weird issue related to game Captures, sometimes when I'm in my Xbox Home I get this message telling me how many unshared captures I have, and I like it cause that's how I use to track them... Right now it shows 64 captures, but when I go
    to manage my captures I only see 15 of them, and they are from the last 4 days... I already know that when you enter the capture section by default it shows "Xbox Live" captures, so this is happening when I choose to see all my xbox captures, from all games.

    I know that there has to be something wrong cause like I said it still has the proper count of captures I took in the last 3 months, but I can only see the ones I recorded in the past 4 days. Another weird thing is that my oldest captures (the ones I have
    uploaded to xbox live) also disappeared and I don't remember deleting them after the upload and there's also like a huge gap of captures from 4 days ago to 51 days ago.

    I haven't changed anything in my config or cleaned/deleted anything. I have plenty of space left (100gb) and I already checked my onedrive just in case captures were being uploading automatically by any weird reason...

    Any idea?

    Weird issue

    Are you able to bypass the firewall/NAT and connect your console directly into the Motorola modem?

    If the Motorola is in transparent/bridge mode and the next hop/device is the device that handles the authentication process to your ISP's network, then whatever device/client you connect to your modem, need to be configured for this process.

    Post back and confirm if your console is able to connect properly through this set up.

    Weird issue

    I'm using a Barracuda FW X201 device. I had Barracuda support working on it last night until midnight with no luck.

    Recent screenshot captures are saying , the game title for Xbox one, even though the game and console are series x ?

    Are there any issues with the captures beyond that it is displaying the wrong console generation? If not, then I'd just try and ignore it...sometimes weird bugs happen, sometimes they recify themselves, other times it's just the way it is

    I know the problem exists in both 4K SDR and HDR. I haven't experimented with 1080 capture and probably wont use it as it doesnt look good and captures at 30fps which is also weird.

    Hi! I'm Luis, a fellow Xbox Gamer . Thanks for reaching us out here.

    It is really weird for your captures to go away just like that. Updates or playing on another console should not afftect this matter.

    Unfortunately there is no backup for these captures :(

    I use a capture card because of this and another problem I encountered is that if you capture 4k HDR videos on external when you upload them to Youtube only the 4k aspect of it uploads but not the HDR and the video ends up looking weird
