Weird Happenings - Gamerpic Issue

Hi

Upon the request of the Xbox Customer Support team, can the insider team please confirm as to whether or not the issue I am currently experiencing is related to me being part of the
insider program, to which I thought I was no longer a part of, but support have informed me otherwise.

NOTE: My case cannot be escalated until this is confirmed.

Therefore, can someone confirm by no later than 17:00 tomorrow afternoon, if issue is related to me being part of the insider program. If so can you please inform me what course of
action will be undertaken to resolve this issue and in turn I will advise the Xbox Customer Support Team.

Overview of issue

1. Newly
uploaded customised gamerpic does not appear on my profile, my old gamerpic still remains, but yet all my friends can see my new gamerpic "portrait of Max Headroom".

2.
Some of my friends have updated their gamerpic, but yet when viewing their profiles their old gamerpic is still visible.



NOTE: The attached screen shots was taken this morning. As you can clearly see my friend’s old gamerpic is still visible. He currently has Joker from Batman.

Furthermore, issue is having an effect on in-game content to which some I have detailed below. EA have expressed the issue is not at their end, speak with Microsoft.

Unable to view clan emblem on vehicle when exiting vehicle, but friend can.

2.
Unable to edit rented servers on BF4, but friends can when promoted to admins.

I have already performed the following as per Xbox Customer Support request but to no avail, issue still remains.

Power Cycle:

Remove/Re-add Profile:

Reset to factory default without deleting games and apps:

Reset console to factory default and yep deleting everything. (This, I was not happy about but understand was necessary)

Cleared Mac

Cleared local saved games

7.
Cleared 360 storage

NOTE: it is irreverent which type of device is used to reviewed my profile my old gamerpic still appears.

Laptop (via Xbox.Com)

Pc (via Xbox.Com)

5.
Mobile

Therefore, this eliminates faulty hardware.

GamerPic Weird Issue

Ok so I just bought the MLG kill streak pic pack but when I put those pics on my profile it shows a different picture from return of the chief MLG pack to my friends so I wonder why this is happening

I just downloaded both picture packs, and they look normal too me. Which picture in particular is giving you the trouble? Also, have you tried

deleting and
redownloading the packs?

Let us know, and we can go from there.

In-game content being effected on Destiny 2

Clan banner is not present when viewed in-game, unlike my friends where clan banner is clearly visible.
