Weird.. Glitch? Rainbow Six Siege Bundle with Season Pass

Okay so originally I RSVPed the game through GameStop but it was the regular old version. I took it back after a few months because I just didn't like it as much as I wanted to. But, Xbox was having a sale the other day on the bundle with the season pass
and a whole bunch of other things. So I figured what the heck. I'll get it.

According to the bundle, it should contain 12 items - which also include the game and the season pass. When I go to Manage Game, it says I have 11 installed items and 1 "needs to be installed" file. When I go to the needs to be installed file, it downloads...
then 25 seconds later another one shows up. I install that and then 25 seconds later the first one shows up. It does this... forever. Like, I don't know if its not downloading it. Or if Xbox is confused. IDK.

My second issue is that out of the 12 files it says that my early whateveritscalledImnotbythexboxrightnow and the season pass are OWNED, but not installed. The other 10 files say installed, not owned.

So. What the heck? lol. I contacted Ubi and they said to try a hard reset - which I did. They also said to uninstall everything and reinstall, and I did. Neither fix helped the two or three issues I am having. Ubi told me that (as usual) if it cannot
be fixed then to contact xbox or the forum "to make sure the entitlements are showing on their side." I have no idea what that means but it always seems like someone is pointing their finger at the other company. i just want it fixed, otherwise, what's the
point?!

I'd really appreciate any help. I have never had this happen before and its just really frustrating!

No code after buy rainbow six siege

Hello i have buy rainbow six siege. I have no code for rainbow six vegas 1 and rainbow six vegas 2. I waited 3 weeks ! I will like to receive in exchange the season pass for rainbow six siege.

I pre prdered and purchased rainbow six siege gold edition for 90$ , and it was supposed to come with season pass , and access to rainbow six Vegas 1 and 2 , but I never received a code .

 

Hey Warfighter! First try doing a hard reset on the console by holding the power button until it turns off then unplug it from the outlet for a minute then plug it back on and power back on.

Second- try redownloading your profile then redownloading the game again

Third try doing a console reset by going to settings, system, console and updates, reset console. Choose to keep everything and your console will restart and you will go through a quick set-up and sign in again and then it will load to the home screen.
