Weird glitch affecting most of the profile of my friends/games

I dont know who this guy is but his profile pic just became the profile of almost everything in my console. Plz what should i do?

Xbox live friends list

This only affects me when I am online in the dashboard or when I press the middle guide button. It affects me most when I look at my friends and their profiles. It also takes a long time to sign in and load up the dashboard. Does not affect games.

Could this be a problem with xbox live? It may only affect a few because I have noticed some posts with similar problems to this that are recent.

I have tried most things except for re-formatting the hard drive, which I am hesitant to do.

 

Xbox profile transfer

Hello everyone,

As many of you out there I am stocked for Xbox One and the games that follow it, but as you all know, you will be able to transfer your 360 profile to xbox one but Im pretty sure like EVERY xbox 360 player my profile has gotten glitched/bugged achievements
in the past and in-game glitched/bugged items etc. My question is when I transfer my profile to One, will xbox one be affected in ANY way due to the bugs and glitches?

 

Can you try to power cycle your console by following these steps : Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

Btw, impressive gamer score.

 

Didnt work. I think its more of a software thing bcz its also appearing on my xbox app and also on the pc. Any other things to try?

I tried soft reset but the glitch is still there. Anything else left to try to fix it?
