weird error when trying to download profile on Xbox 360 games

I’m getting an error on my xbox 360 game when i try to download my profile. I am currently on a xbox one. The error says “can’t connect to Xbox live. select test connection to troubleshoot your connection.” I’ve tried 3 Different Xbox 360, games, and all of the normal Xbox games like call of duty Warzone for example work just fine with Xbox live it’s only the Xbox 360 games I’m having a problem with. i’ve done power cycles. I’ve cleared my Xbox 360 data and I’ve watched at least 10 YouTube videos. This is the last resort to try to fix my games.
