    Weird controller issue


    Hey guys,

    Wondering if any of you have had this issue. I am able to control my Xbox one with my spare controller when on the dashboard. But when I start up battlefield 4 it won't control anything. My other controllers will work. I have tried updating the controller
    and hard resetting the console but no luck.

    weird controller issue

    I have a problem with one of my 360 controllers. When I use it when paying a game, the character on screen sometimes wont move. I will have to pull the thumbstick back and push it foreword again for the character to move and even then they will only move
    about a foot before stopping again. This has happened across multiple games. my other 360 controller works fine. any help would be appreciated

    Weird controller issue.

    Brand new out of the fallout bundle console etc. the controller began losing partial functionality both in game and on the Netflix app before I became frustrated and turned it off... On the dashboard everything works fine but for some reason certain times
    the only working buttons are the pause and home buttons. I'm 80 hours in and I can't play at all right now. Unless I want to browse my dashboard....

    Weird controller issue.

    Try disconnecting the power cord (if there's one plugged in) from the controller, and also remove the battery in the back of the controller and leave it out for a minute then put it back in, see if that helps. Basically take away any source of power to it
    and allow itself to reset.

    Try doing a hard boot on your console. Many times it will correct strange issues. Press the power button on the console down for 10 seconds or until the console shuts down completely. Give it a couple of minutes then restart the console. Try your controller
    and let us know if you are still having issues.

    I suppose your tv is still under warranty since that tv is a 2017 model, i actually have the 43" model. But its most likely an issue with the xbox controller.

    If youre still having issues in a few days time, take it back and theyll give you a new controller. Remember the controller manufacture limited 90 day warranty doesnt apply, in NZ the government extends it to a 12 month warranty under your rights.

    well i had problems with my Day one controller the mic was intermittent until the other day when it stopped working and now will no longer fit into my controller, its not my mic but the port at the bottom of the controller that is the fault on my end
