Weird console ban

i was recently banned for communications i was fine with a two week suspension because i knew i needed to get my act together then the next day i was banned for communications and threats which makes no sense because im not able to harass or threat anybody
when im not able to communicate with anybody anyways which of course banned me from playing multiplayer then i switch accounts to play and level up and apparently all the accounts that i add to that Xbox are banned but it cant be a console ban because it says
the ban ends on 10/14/17 which is only two weeks what i want to know is if i got a console ban and was never notified about it which is ridiculous and unfair i want this ban lifted for the purpose of someone spam reporting me to get me "console banned" this
community is filled with little children that get mad when your better than them this is absolutely ridiculous i have paid thousands of dollars to my account to enjoy playing Xbox and i get banned for soft kids spam reporting me please if anybody can help

Ye thats what i´m saying they ban ppl for nothing but don´t ban moders and cheaters. Thats weird...

 

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

False spam reports dont get you suspended. In fact it would get the person making said reports suspended. You could get reported a million times but nothing will happen to you unless you have done something wrong.

The majority of suspensions are not issued right away since suspensions are given after an investigation would have taken place. These can sometime take time (somtimes weeks or longer) so if your suspension was extended then that just means they found somthing
else had been done to break the code of conduct before your initial suspension.

That being said no one on the forums or support can help with enforcement issues. Those are only handled by the enforcement team. The only way to reach the enforcement team is by filing a case review (if the suspension is eligible for one)

As for your console, if you're getting a notification that says this when you try and sign into Live with any account.....

"Your console is banned. This console has been banned for Terms of Use violations. To protect the Xbox service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about specific console bans."

.....then your console is permanently banned.

If you're not seeing that message, then maybe MS have temporarily revoked your console's privileges in order to stop you using another account while your main one is suspended.
