Weird Connection Issues

Greetin

I’ve got my Xbox for about a year, and It has been working great until about a month ago, it started with “Rocket League”, where the screen would freeze when I try to join a match (Keep in mind that the rest of my team would be able to join). At first I
thought that it was a glitch in the game. However, I’ve then started to notice that the same was happening to me with other games (i.e. Titanfall2 and COD) to the point where I was kicked out from joining a match about 50% to 60% if the times that I tried
to join a game.

My friends then started to notify me that my profile was offline even though I was online and connected (kept on popping up for them saying ‘’ is online, every 5 to 10 minutes). My internet connection is good, I’ve tried booth wired and wireless,
I connected directly to the modem, I uninstalled the games, I did a reset to my console and none of that worked. My PC and PS4 are working fine under the same circumstances. I don’t know what happened to my Xbox! Please help.

Weird and annoying connection issues.

I've also reset the router to defaults, using both the little pin button and in the routers menu.

Sorry to hear about the freezing trouble. Does this only happen when you're playing online, or is there similar trouble when playing offline? From what you describe, it sounds like it may be a connection issue, but if it occurs offline it may be related to
something else. Have you also tried resetting your network connection by unplugging network hardware for 30 seconds and reconnecting?

It could be that your profile has become corrupted.

Have you tried to delete (delete profile only) your profile and then download your profile from Live?

Keep in mind; whenever you need to download your profile from Live, you will have to know the username and password for the account that your profile is being tied to.

Have you tried looking to see if you have a good connection? If you do have a good signal try contacting phone support. Make sure to register your xbox. Then call 1-800-4my-xbox.

I have great connection so I will try to call them tomorrow thanks for the feedback. But I forgot to mention my xbox is connected to a thing that extends the range of connection.

Sorry to hear you're having some connection issue with Xbox LIVE!

First of all, I recommend you view the
NAT Error Solution page for guidance on the NAT issue. Following this, you will probably see this error when you test your Xbox LIVE connection, however I would like you to test your connection too see if any additional errors appear. If any other errors
do pop up, view the
Connection Error page and follow the solutions provided for whichever error you may see. (If no additional errors show up, simply stick to the NAT type guide). Here is how to test your Xbox LIVE connection, in case you are unaware:

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings and then select
System Settings.
Select Network Settings.
Select Wired Connection (if you’re prompted to do so).
Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

Following that, could you please post up the following information (if the above fails in resolving the issue) which helps us, help you.

What Country/State/Province do you live in?

Modem brand & model number:

Router brand & model number:

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?

Things you have tried:

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)
