    Topic says it all. I've never been a part of such a poorly handled situation. I've contacted support numerous times and they reassure me that it's being "handled." They even refuse to look at your proof of purchase that clearly shows you're eligible for
    all of the pre-order bonuses. This is just ridiculous.
