Weekly activity report is not accurate

Discus and support Weekly activity report is not accurate in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; gave my kids the xbox for xmas, just received their weekly activity report and it says they were playing for hours on the 24th...when it was boxed up...     Weekly activity report is not accurate


    gave my kids the xbox for xmas, just received their weekly activity report and it says they were playing for hours on the 24th...when it was boxed up and under the tree.

    I imagine there is a time/date setting somewhere which i need to adjust? where is that? On the box or in my account info?

    I have confirmed this is an issue also on my kids accounts, I will be logging in a bug report on this issue.

    Seems it is a server issue, not a Xbox issue.

    I’m wondering if you can help, I receive weekly updates for my sons “play time” on his Xbox but for the last 2 weeks it seems the game he plays most, ROBLOX isn’t on the list, can anyone tell my why

    Could it be he has given another person access to his account and they are using it. Are there any games or apps showing that he wouldn't normally play ?

    Ha ha. I would normally agree but he’s 9 and the xbox isnt in his bedroom so its impossible for him to be on it for 19 hours.

    (Im also aware he shouldnt be playing some games at 9 😉)

    Hi. Thank you for your reply.

    I decided to contact Microsoft Xbox Support this morning. They asked me to reset the Xbox and re-sign in etc.. as they say it could have been a problem regarding the settings. Ive done this, so I shall see how this goes.

    Check the time zone settings, I've seen something similar when your account is set to one time zone and the Xbox thinks it's in another time zone.
