Weekend Update has Bricked my Console.

I was able to install the update and when it said it would have to restart is the last time the system turned on. If you touch the eject button or the power button...you can faintly hear the chime...followed by a light click....but nothing happens. I have
unplugged the system over night and tried again. Any suggestions?

It's best to post in the preview program forums regarding any issues with the latest Xbox one experience.

If you get a message that states that the group cannot be found PM a mod so they can grant you access to those parts of the forums.

And if want and invitation to the program you will have to go through 3 steps,

1) Be invited

2) Be accepted

3) Enroll

(Note being accepted can take up to months before actually getting into the program and there is no guarantees and if you have any 'recent' enforcement action on your account can restrict access to the program. But if your enforcement action was a year ago
then your set and authorized to join the program.)

I wouldn't say its a preview program issue in all honesty, its past that stage.

 

I have the same issue.

when I can turn the console on after leaving off for 24 hours I get system needs update, I do update and then i can't turn on console

Your info was not helpful at all as there is no where to post on the Preview forums of our issue.

 

Hi there. This would be the section you'll want to post your console issues.

 

So I managed to fix it myself. I saw that the USB Cord that I use to charge my Controllers was slightly flashing with no controller hooked up. I unplugged everything from the back and pressed the power button and it turned right now. Then I plugged the
HDMI in. The update didn't even install yet and I'm pretty sure my console is possessed. But all is right with everything now. That's what worked for me at least
