    Hi,

    I was a winner of the Xbox Weekend Fun contest. However, there was a problem with my SGD$12 Credit code. It was 34 characters long.

    I have contacted live support and they told me to post my issue here along with the reference number.

    I have the EXACT same situation. I have been in contact with Xbox support, but they were unable to help me. They asked me to post on another forum as it is the Rewards team that must resolve this. However, I have now been redirected to this forum. I do hope
    I don't have to hop around much more. Been on this for many hours already!

    I just got a new email with the correct codes and they both work as expected.

    I suggest you check your email inbox as it is likely that you too will have a new email.

    I just got a new code as well, but when I tried to redeem it the website told me that I couldn't redeem it from my current location.

    Haplo Talionis, sorry to hear the code isn't redeeming for you. Could you verify that your physical region matches the region your Xbox Live account is set to? You can check over at our
