    Weekend Fun Competition Prize Code is Invalid


    Hi Promotions Team,

    I received an email on the 28/04/15 stating that I was one of 100 winners of the Weekend Fun competition. This email contained two prize codes - A 1 month Xbox Live Gold code, and a $10 Xbox Credit code. The code for the Xbox Live Gold worked fine, but the
    code for the $10 Xbox Credit is invalid. It is not in the form of a typical 25 character code, and instead has 34 characters.

    Could you please investigate this, and send me a working code for the $10 Xbox Credit?

    Any news? I have the same issue. $10 credit code was actually 1 month live, and 1 month live code was 34 digits.

    Yep, me too. Same issue. AU$10 credit code is invalid. 1 month subscription works, but was labelled in the email as the AU$10 credit.

    I just got a new email with the correct codes and they both work as expected.

    I suggest everyone check their email inbox as it is likely that you too will have a new email.
