Week suspension lifted, chat not working correctly

I have just had a week communication suspension lifted but my chat is now not functioning properly. I can hear my friends and other people when in game chat and party chat, but they can not hear me despite my mic clearly functioning. The only way I can communicate
with voice is via Skype it functions 100%.

i understand why I received the suspension, I don't understand why when my suspension is up my chat is restored back to normal 100%. I have tried all possible fixes I could find via the Internet and nothing has worked. Getting a week long suspension sucked
enough in the first place. But I've "done my time" and now I'm still being punished and I don't feel that is fair.

Try the recommended steps. Keep on monitoring that site is the steps wont work. They will provide update once they find the fix for the problem.

I tried what you suggested and it didn't work. Well there was no option to update my controller as its already at the current update, but I did unplug the power brick completely and left it unplugged overnight

I am not very happy as now I'm paying for something where one of its main functions that I use every time I play is not working. Not to mention I can almost guarantee there will be nothing given in return for this loss in service that basically prevents
me from playing the game I currently play most, destiny, which requires constant communication when trying to complete raids

Hey. Thank you so much for your reply. However, this does not work because the suspension has been lifted, just hasn’t been lifted correctly. It is only lifted from the Xbox app and not in the games. Therefore, the suspension shows as completed and won’t let me contact the Xbox enforcement team.
