Week suspension lifted and still unable to use voice communications

Hi,

I recently received a week suspension for using profanity (go figure). I accepted my slap on the wrist and waited out the week. It has now been 2 days after my suspension ended and I'm still unable to use the voice chat.

And yes I have tried all the steps listed in various forums. Please help because there is no point in playing games if I can't speak.

Comunication ban

I have the same thing. Had a 2 week communication ban, it was lifted 2 days ago, and I still can not create parties/use voice chat etc.

What's going on?

 

Suspension issue

I was suspended for 2 weeks and as of yesterday at approximately 8:30 PM EST my suspension was lifted, but I'm still unable to talk to people/text people or basically I have no communication. However though, I am able to play online. I just don't understand
why I have no communication. Please help

 

Can you list the steps you've already tried?

 

1.) I updated my controller with stereo and headset connected

2.) I power cycled my x-box (10 times)

3.) I blocked voice communications and power cycled. Turned x-box back on and allowed communications.

4. I power cycled my modem.

Honestly it does not matter what I do. Everything I have read online just points to "you just to wait it out".

I would have been fine just dealing with the week suspension that was issued but this is not OK.

It's like going to jail for a week and after you serve your sentence your stuck in the lobby for an unknown period of time. I'm getting to the point that this SERVICE isn't worth it.

 

Try removing your profile from your console and downloading it again

That didn't work either :/

 

I've tried multiple mics so I know its not the mic. It really seems x-box enforcement is the root cause

 

Also I tried posting this in the enforcement forum but they deleted it and e-mailed me a response as follows,

"Thank you for your inquiry regarding this enforcement action. As of August 17, 2015, this forum is no longer used to address account suspension inquiries..."

which than continues to explain how to submit a case review.

Now this is taken directly from x-box enforcement forum.... "If the situation persists more than 24 hours after the conclusion of the enforcement action, please submit a new forum inquiry."

Does the enforcement team have one real person working? If so why is this such a complicated thing to address???
