    website loops on me and doesn't let me join or login to rewards.xbox.com. It's frustrating to say the least.

    Can’t create new Xbox Rewards account

    I am unable to create an Xbox rewards account. The website seems to have a problem when I try to click join now, instead of bringing me to a page to join it reloads the same page I was on. Does anyone else have this issue?

    Unable to Login To Xbox Live Rewards Or Transfer Credits

    When I go onto the Rewards website I click on the login or the "Join Xbox Live Rewards" it refreshes the page but doesn't bring me to a new page. I contacted customer support and they brought me here. My case number was "1428792297". I just want to transfer
    my credits to my Microsoft account and cash in on my savings through Xbox Live Rewards. Thank you

    If you're already registered for the program, you can x out of the FAQ pop up and sign in in the upper right corner.

    If you have not already registered, it is no longer possible to do so due to the program shutting down.

    Points are usually deposited on the 1st and 15th of the month, if you have over 100 pending. This would fall under the Bonus Rewards category if you login on rewards.xbox.com.

    Had some trouble getting trough the loop that occurred when trying to login at the start. But the second or third try, the login worked.
