Website error when viewing friendslist or messages

Been going on for days now. I've noticed that when this error occurs, my icon is blank. Logging out solves the issue for only one to five minutes max. My connection is fine, this issue is ongoing despite my attempts to thwart it. I am using google chrome
as my browser and have not modified my settings in any way recently.

I cannot access my account details on the website, is this happening to anyone else?

UPDATE: Never mind, I signed out then back in, simple fix :/

Hi there,

I'm not getting this error myself, and I'm also using Google Chrome. I would suggest that it may not be a problem with your connection, but perhaps your content settings within the browser, or something to do with your computer.

One solution could be to clear the Xbox website cookies and stored content from your web browser. Also try clearing the browser cache completely. Check firewalls to make sure that Xbox.com is on the allowed list, and not on the block list. Do the same to
make sure Chrome is completely allowed through your firewall - so that no content is restricted or filtered out.

Once you have done this, close all tabs and browse to the pages and try again to allow the browser to rebuild a cache and store cookies. Hopefully this should fix the problem, if not, post back here.

Thanks for posting back, Ritzy. Yesterday we had a service alert about the friends lists and messaging. It was causing that error to pop up when you went to view your friends or messaging on the website. It should be resolved now. We are still working on
the errors when signing in. It is intermittent and shouldn't be affecting too much. Thank you for letting me know about the issues you're experiencing!

What error message do you see when you try to send a message? Are you trying to send the message on an Xbox 360 console or on Xbox One? Are you able to send a message on xbox.com without any problems? DIPDIP0TATOCH1P is correct, by visiting that website
and signing into your account you'll be able to view any enforcement actions on your account.
