    Webcam stuck on preview loading


    i just bought the logitech c922x pro stream webcam for my xbox last night. It was working perfectly. This morning it says the cameras on but the preview screen only says preview loading. I have unplugged it and plugged it into different usb ports and even unplugged my xbox and nothing is working. When i stream too on twitch my camera dosent show up.

    Based on research, you’ll need a 1080p webcam that has a YUY2 or NV12 format to stream with it. Most Logitech and Microsoft LifeCam webcams have this format. If you’re not sure which format your webcam has, check with the manufacturer. Check this article. Live stream with a webcam on your Xbox console | Xbox Support.

    If your webcam is not working, you can try unplugging it and plugging it back in. If that doesn’t work, try restarting your Xbox One console.

    I am unable to post anything on the preview forum as it says group not found. Also, I have tried turning my Xbox off the way you described and it is still stuck on the green loading screen.

    i have the exact same problem, but after waiting for 30 minutes I did a hard reset. No I am stuck at the green loading screen. I am a preview member but I didn't choose to switch to the new dashboard.
