    Webcam problem


    I have a logitech C920 HD pro webcam attached to my xbox one since the webcams were made compatible and it's been working 100% FINE for over a year but after the last update, everytime my xbox turns on and I start broadcasting it does not recognize my camera
    UNTIL I unplug it and plug it back in. I thought it was the camera and I bought a brand new one

    I am not part of the insider program

    I have erased my entire xbox

    I have cleared persistent storage

    I have removed and added my profile again

    I have bought a brand new webcam

    Is this a bug or can anyone help.

    Webcam problem

    I'd suggest that that specific model of logitech isnt supported as such so it works but still has some slight kinks such as you state in that it is not recognised until you plug it in again once xbox is on.

    Have you messaged logitech also?

    The only fix is unplugging and plugging back in the camera which I'm getting sick of doing

    same issue with my logitech brio
    Im not sure the Logitech Brio is compatible with the Xbox.
