    But it always send me to family support page.

    "Fix on Web" Login Problem

    Hi there,

    when it shows a Fix on Web message, usually login in at
    http://account.microsoft.com     should show where the issue is for you to fix it.

    Best would be to login with any of the accounts in the family and check if all information is up to date and correct on that link.

    After that also try login in at
    http://account.xbox.com/settings     for any of the accounts, this is the page where you can also adjust privacy and online safety settings for any child accounts via the parental account in the Family.

    Let it know if there are any results
