Discus and support Web Cam disconnects constantly in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have the Logitech c920 and I stream daily. I'm also a mixer partner so the cam is essential.     Web Cam disconnects constantly


    I have the Logitech c920 and I stream daily. I'm also a mixer partner so the cam is essential. So the issue is that my can likes to randomly disconnect quite frequently. It's highly annoying and I'm thinking it's a usb issue with the web cam Integration.

    I've tried everything and I always get the responses about hard resetting my xbox and they are all things I've done but nothing works.

    I have the Xbox one x and this happens every few minutes every stream. Sometimes it works fine but not for long til it disconnects for a second and displays blue vertical lines on the screen.

    Can a Xbox engineer or someone please help.

    Honestly I own Kinect and I think you should be able to send pictures through it because it has a camera in it so why doesnt it work for that?

    i got the web cam and it works the one i got is the logitech c922 and it works great

    I use my old webcam that that works. I would prefer a Kinect if I had one tho.

    I use a Logitech C116. It seems most "current plug n play webcams work. I do know that PS branded webcams made for playstation specifically do not
