Weapons and abilities show that I own them but aren't working

All of my weapons are gone. I go to the gun shop to re-buy them but I can't because I assume I've already owned them. The only weapons I can use are the ones I haven't bought yet. Its even weirder that I all of a sudden can't use ANY of my abilities, whether
it deals with skills I've unlocked like hacking steam pipes and spike strips or creating jam coms and ied's. I loved using that silenced m1911 and now its gone. Which reminds me: the guns and other things I've unlocked from mini games are also missing, aside
from the vehicles.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

How do you melee?

No, It isn't pointless to pick up the weapons because all your spells and abilities are enhanced through your weapons damage and stats. Even though you aren't physically hitting an enemy, that weapon with 200 damage is applying that damage to your spells.

some weapons have special abilities and hidden abilities that other weapons don't, Unique weapons are special one of a kind weapons, you sometimes only get once in the game.

I also got this glitch, what to do? Don't feel like starting over, I already had collected a lot of collectables and online progress. I'll wait for a patch, if it doesn't come I'll sell the game like I did FarCry 2 when It froze at 49% completion, that

Deaths Head 200

While the GPSMG doesn't have as much stopping power per shot as other SMG's, it's rate of fire, ammunition capacity and (the best part for a caster) low weight, make it a good secondary weapon. As I said earlier in this thread, ammo powers work very well
with this weapon. Against armored targets and with Incendiary Ammo added, this weapon can bring them down relatively fast.

Marksman is one of the best abilities which can be used with this weapon, making it very effective (with headshots). Still... to each their own.

You get to take in your own weapons and armor.. although some of the weapons you come across aren't bad at all.

I just did both of those you suggested and neither of them fixed the problem. The DLC weapons I do and do not own are still not showing up.
