    I bought the hardened edition of black ops 3 when it launched and it's been great but I only just found out the other day that it should of came with some dlc camos which I didn't receive And the zombie map, And I also don't have a receipt anymore so I can't
    take it back to the supplier. HELP!!!

    Missing items after buying game

    I purchased the launch edition of black ops 3 and have not received the gun camos that were included (cybor,weaponised 115) I have been In contact with activision already and have also been in contact with xbox support. The game was purchased in November

    hi,my son redeemed a weaponised vehicle pack code for just cause 3,the item appears in the game menu but when you press A to launch,nothing happens,any help appreciated.

    That’s a good point.

    I agree it is mainly just weaponised policy that is used by trolls to get one over on someone who is beating them in game, extremely sad.

    with the LE, I got the game, plus a total of 11 codes for extra content. If you average the cost of DLC per code, it's around 5 bucks a code, so I got a sixty dollar game and 55 bucks in codes, which totals 115 bucks. I paid 99 bucks for 115 bucks worth
    of content. Sounds like a decent deal overall

    It seems that your account has incomplete details which is why its asking you to enter your information.

    Edit or update your account using the computer:
    http://account.live.com    .

    Update your billing address. You need to have a billing address for purchases.

    Add a security proof. Either email or phone number.

    Make sure you completely entered your information on your profile (name, security proofs, billing information, etc.). Do not worry, no credit card required. ^_^

    Sign out from your console. Clear the cache 3 times on the console.

    Turn off the console for 30 seconds and then back on. Sign in. Attempt to make the purchase again.

    If you are still having the same issue. Delete and redownload profile>>clear cache>>restart console and redownload profile. This is to update your profile data that is downloaded to your console. That should do the trick
