Discus and support Weak support from Microsoft in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Would my controller in warranty claim to take unfortunately I get to the conclusion that I have to enter a payment means that is not legally valid...     Weak support from Microsoft


    Would my controller in warranty claim to take unfortunately I get to the conclusion that I have to enter a payment means that is not legally valid please return.

    The electronics stores do not accept any warranty claims from controllers in Germany Microsoft is creating itself and online is the whole messed up.

    The controllers would be so cheaply produced that they already break the packaging as much electronic waste.

    What new core IP from this Gen has Microsoft continued to support?

    The only core based games Microsoft continued support came from the XBOX last gen (Halo/Fable/Forza)

    .

    Not a single new 360 IP from Microsoft's devs got sequels that lasted the whole gen, and the only 3rd party one was Gears of War.

    How long have you had it? I think the warranty is only 90 days. If it's an Elite you can get it repaired in some instances.

  5. Under EU law you have a 2 Year Guarantee.

    If it is over 6 months, you have to prove to the the Seller/Trader that the item is defective. Under 6 months they have to prove it wasn't

    Microsoft should not be involved in your country Germany, Please seek you local Citizens Advice and demand that the retailer sorts it out.

    I hope this helps. I have used it several times and i live in the UK
