    Does anyone else have this issue? I'm starting to get worried that I may lose 4+ hours of Fallout gameplay as I elected to use the Use Offline option "We were unable to retrieve your latest saved data" message on all games :(

    Clearly, this message has appeared and tormented those who own Xbox Ones for times since. Is this one of those times? That's what I went to the forums to find out. I have not seen any other posts indicating the same thing, so I'm getting kinda worried.



    Details:



    Issue began to occur late last night on the 28th on November. Issue appeared in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. There were a lot of issues occurring with the game, such as not being able to join parties and a disconnect from an Xbox Live party occurred sometime around 5-7pm where I was kicked out of the party and we had to leave the party, create a new one and re-invite everyone. This was the first sign of any issue outside of the game occurring. There was horrendous lag and we were kicked out of some games before they even started. I'm not able to tell whether this extends simply to Halo: The Master Chief Collection or the servers themselves; whether this shows the servers going faulty or not. Regardless, after everyone left, I went back on Halo: The Master Chief Collection around 9-12ish and received this message.



    The first thing I tried was "Try again". That didn't work, so I hit the same button about 5 more times with no results. Clearly, this wasn't going to work, so I tried hard resetting my xbox. That didn't work either. I tried taking out the disk, hard resetting my xbox, and then putting it back in. That didn't work. I tried quitting the app, taking the disk out, hard resetting my xbox and putting the disc back in. That didn't work either. After numerous tries, I gave up.



    It's now the following day. I've tried clicking the try again button numerous times and hard resetting my xbox. I've tested this with other games, such as Forza Horizon 2 and the issue is also occurring. I tried something different this time; I used a different Xbox Live account that I own to see if the issue still occurs. It does. This issue only seems to occur on Xbox One, as I've successfully been able to find games on my Xbox 360.



    Has anyone else had this issue? Here's the time in case you have to mix and match:

    I have the same problem, My friendslist is also fixed at the same point as yesterday eventhough I know those same friends aren't online doing the same thing as yesterday. When I start a Party it says I've been offline for 4 hours.

    My console is Online, my network is working and it started doing this Yesterday. I've spoken with support but they have no clue about what the problem is and I really want to get back to Halo 5 and Fallout 4 without being "Offline".

  5. I've been having this same issue since yesterday as well. I have no idea what's going on, but it's affecting nearly all my games & apps on my Xbox One. Hopefully we'll get some responses from Xbox support soon

    I am part of the preview dash programme. I got a 350mb update this morning. After this update I get this error message for everything. Now two game saves have been deleted and the hard reset isn't working. This has happened before but only ever after an
    update.

    I have just deleted my profile from the console and added it again. It now shows zero gamerscore and no friends etc. Awesome

    OK here's a fix!!!

    Go to network settings, choose go offline, then select restart console from the snap menu. When the console restarts go back to network settings, go back online and voila.

  11. still nothing, tried your fix and does not work jemdalade.

    has no friends showing, it say's I'm signed in but still says sign in at the top left hand corner.

    gamer score is 0.

    I've done a hard reset, wiped my account reinstalled, reset modem.

    and now have even done a factory reset.

    if anyone has thing more on this, would be grateful to hear. many thanks

    I spoke to Xbox Support and they advised that this is a known issue and they are working on it. I guess they broke something in the latest update.

    Would be good if we could get a further update MS.

    I had a 0 gamerscore, no friends or even an avatar. After I did the fix I turned off and back on and it worked for me. Shame it it rant working for everyone

    I got my friends list to update as well as my saved games to show up with my games again by turning off auto sign in and restarting the Xbox from the settings menu. Hope this fix helps others.
