    Unable to purchase game - "We can't process your payment"

    Trying to purchase Forza Motorsport 6. Logged in via web browser, confirms account has Gold subscription so price is £25. Goes through all steps, confirms Account has a balance of £46.64 - Click buy and says:

    Contact Microsoft Support

    We can't process your payment

    Tried this several times yesterday and again today - still the same. The offer expires in 21 hours.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on a purchase. As they were made only a few hours ago it does take time for some to process. As your bank stated you will need to wait until they have processed completely. Support would
    be your best option as they can see your purchases. We here on the forums are unable to that information. So best thing to do is wait until the charges say completed then take care of it at that time.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about requesting a refund for an item you purchased.

    If you are unable to see these games via you order history, then we are unable to process a refund for you on that account.

    This would imply that if you were charged, they were purchased on a separate account. Did you purchase these via your account on the Xbox you usually use?

    Its possible that you may have be signed into a different account when you completed these purchases.

    Do you have any other accounts on your console? If you do, it would be best to check the order history on those accounts.
