Discus and support "We were unable to get your latest saved data" :( in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so if I power on my xbox and attempt to jump into a game or watch Netflix I'm met with "We were unable to get your latest saved data" this error...     "We were unable to get your latest saved data" :(


    so if I power on my xbox and attempt to jump into a game or watch Netflix I'm met with "We were unable to get your latest saved data" this error doesnt go away unless.. This is where it gets weird.. I sign out then sign back in. Then eveything is fixed!
    Has anybody had this I'm keen to sort it out. It's becoming a pain!

    Clearly, this message has appeared and tormented those who own Xbox Ones for times since. Is this one of those times? That's what I went to the forums to find out. I have not seen any other posts indicating the same thing, so I'm getting kinda worried.



    Details:



    Issue began to occur late last night on the 28th on November. Issue appeared in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. There were a lot of issues occurring with the game, such as not being able to join parties and a disconnect from an Xbox Live party occurred sometime around 5-7pm where I was kicked out of the party and we had to leave the party, create a new one and re-invite everyone. This was the first sign of any issue outside of the game occurring. There was horrendous lag and we were kicked out of some games before they even started. I'm not able to tell whether this extends simply to Halo: The Master Chief Collection or the servers themselves; whether this shows the servers going faulty or not. Regardless, after everyone left, I went back on Halo: The Master Chief Collection around 9-12ish and received this message.



    The first thing I tried was "Try again". That didn't work, so I hit the same button about 5 more times with no results. Clearly, this wasn't going to work, so I tried hard resetting my xbox. That didn't work either. I tried taking out the disk, hard resetting my xbox, and then putting it back in. That didn't work. I tried quitting the app, taking the disk out, hard resetting my xbox and putting the disc back in. That didn't work either. After numerous tries, I gave up.



    It's now the following day. I've tried clicking the try again button numerous times and hard resetting my xbox. I've tested this with other games, such as Forza Horizon 2 and the issue is also occurring. I tried something different this time; I used a different Xbox Live account that I own to see if the issue still occurs. It does. This issue only seems to occur on Xbox One, as I've successfully been able to find games on my Xbox 360.

    This seems like a corrupt data issue. Remove your account from the console, clear your console cache and download your account again. Follow the step by step instructions:

    a)To remove the account from xbox live console:

    Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

    Select Settings.

    Select All Settings.

    Under "Account," select Remove accounts.

    Select the account that you want to remove.

    Select Remove to confirm.

    When you're finished, select Close.

    b) To clear cache on an Xbox One:

    Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

    Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.

    Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

    Plug the power cable back into the console.

    Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

    Turn on the console using the power button.

    c)To download your Xbox profile to the Xbox One console:

    Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

    Scroll down, and then select Add & manage.

    Select Add new.

    Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that's associated with your Xbox profile, and then select Enter.

    Enter the password for your Microsoft account, and then select Enter.

    Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

    Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences and download your Xbox profile to your Xbox One console.

    I found a work around for the syncing data issue. If you have a mobile hotspot connect it to your Xbox. Then let the game sync. Once it finishes syncing go to networking options and connect your router, but don't disconnect your mobile hotspot until your
    console has connected to your router. Once you are connected to your router disconnect your mobile hotspot. Then play a game and let the game save. Once the game saves you can exit out the game and start another game and you should not have any more syncing
    data issues.

    Hi all

    not sure if this will fix it , but if you go to settings and update your xbox (400Mb file) it should fix it

    I have read this somewhere on the net and can't find exact link. It happened to me too, with project cars and forza 6. after the update, started forza 6 and did not get error message

    I think it was on this forum but can't find it

    hi am having the same issues but when I tride to deleat my profile an reinstall it more thing s av gone wrong with it like when you high light something on tha left you carnt see the words at all so please help cause I carnt play my games at all now
