    I had the same issue last night, I deleted my profile, did a power cycle and then downloaded my profile again. However I believe there is a new update out which fixes this.

    I've been experiencing the error message "we couldn't sync your lastest saved data" since November 21. I don't know what else to do. I have exhausted all of the troubleshooting issues with Xbox support. I've also contacted my ISP and had to tech to come
    out and check my internet connections and there was not any problems with my internet. I've also unenrolled from the preview program, sent my console in for repair, got a replacement console, factory reset 5 times, deleted my profile, exchanged modems, and
    bought a $300 router. Microsoft needs to fix this issue because it is ridiculous.

  5. Most isp tech just hook up and see if there is a signal and will a web page load, if so , "its fine" that is not always the case I assure you , packet loss , internment connection loss (milliseconds) mtu....all can affect it...sometimes there are just too
    many splitters and or connectors and a new line all the way to the modem is the fix (been there on that one) ...the best way to test for sure (and this may be inconvenient or impossible ) is to take the xbox one to a friends house that has a working xbox one
    , if yours also works there , its your network ...next best would be take it somewhere that has a different isp and try it (family member ) .....or just "wait and see"....what else can you do really?

    I found a work around for the syncing data issue. If you have a mobile hotspot connect it to your Xbox. Then let the game sync. Once it finishes syncing go to networking options and connect your router, but don't disconnect your mobile hotspot until your
    console has connected to your router. Once you are connected to your router disconnect your mobile hotspot. Then play a game and let the game save. Once the game saves you can exit out the game and start another game and you should not have any more syncing
    data issues.

  7. Just started getting this issue and nothing suggested here works. Ridiculous, really starting to think I got the wrong console...

    Hi all

    not sure if this will fix it , but if you go to settings and update your xbox (400Mb file) it should fix it

    I have read this somewhere on the net and can't find exact link. It happened to me too, with project cars and forza 6. after the update, started forza 6 and did not get error message

    I think it was on this forum but can't find it
