    All i wanted to do was play some xbox before work and of course ISSUES. gamerprofile is white. No gamerscore. cant sync data. nothing works. i noticed i wasnt getting achievements and what my friends were doing wasnt updating. but signing on to someone elses
    console was working fine or if i went onto someone elses on my console.

    1. do not tell me to unplug it. that doesnt work.

    2. do not tell me to hold power button down doesnt work

    3. do not tell me to go offline then hold down button then go offline

    4. do not tell me to reset router

    5. do not tell me to remove and add profile again it doesnt work

    any other ideas, go ahead and give them! because there is no fixing this ***

    I have the same problem. I've tried hard resetting, resetting my modem, Disconnecting, turning off and reconnecting, and nothing seems to work. This has happened with both Ethernet and wireless. Help!

    Here is a solution that worked for me when it said we cannot retrieve your last game save sync issue.

    1: press and hold xbox button on console for 10 seconds to turn off.

    2: clear cache by pressing and holding xbox button on console for 8 seconds until power brick flashes briefly.

    3: unplug power brick from both the wall and console for two minutes and then plug back in.

    4: turn back on and enjoy xbox games with cloud sync again.

    Hi,

    Are you a member of the Preview Program? I know some Preview Program members were having similar problems with the latest update

    Also, if you continue to experience issues you may have to try first resetting the console cache, and if that does not work, you may have to try resetting your console.

    Clearing Cache on Xbox One

    1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.
    2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.
    3. Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.
    4. Plug the power cable back into the console.
    5. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
    6. Turn on the console using the power button.

    Resetting your Console



    Follow the instructions at Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults to reset your console.

  6. For most people these steps have been working (not all, but the vast majority)

    Make sure you follow them exactly:

    • Go to Settings > Network > Network Settings
    • Select 'Go Offline'
    • Double-tap the Xbox button to open the guide
    • Go down to the settings icon and choose 'Restart Console'
    • After your console reboots (it will take longer than usual) go back to Settings > Network > Network Settings
    • Select 'Go Online'

    1. do not tell me to unplug it. that doesnt work.

    Some of the above have worked for people so they are worth considering..

    *6. Factory reset sorted the issue for me, this i understand is not ideal, but if you transfer your games etc to an external HD then do it, its not that painful and like I said it sorted it for me, hope it does for you too pal We were unable to get your latest saved data :)

    hi am having the same issues but when I tride to deleat my profile an reinstall it more thing s av gone wrong with it like when you high light something on tha left you carnt see the words at all so please help cause I carnt play my games at all now

    I have the same issue but not with all games. I can how ever load saved games if I play in offline mode.

    I do get an error stating a problem with the party system.

    So guys. After getting a new SMC router, and trying mrxbobs solution, along with deleting and redownloadig my profile it looks like it worked on the third try! Bad. News is after about two hours of Fifa I got on black ops to play campaign and my Xbox completely
    crashed. It restarted itself and again, can't join parties, achievements won't work. Nothing. Can't sync data. Xbox, is slow when it comes to crap like this and everyone's *** on the forums. It's ruining my experience and taking time away from me with this
    game save ***. The preview program was a waste of time. I got what, to play 10 or so *** arcade games two months early. Oh and as a CRAZY reward here's a prop for your avatar. What a joke get me out of this crapy program

  14. You are free to leave the preview whenever you like, you were aware that the program may cause issues when you signed up.

    The avatar prop was simply a nice little bonus, you should not expect anything for helping to test software. And it never helps to get angry on a forum where people are trying to help you.

    Hi all

    not sure if this will fix it , but if you go to settings and update your xbox (400Mb file) it should fix it

    I have read this somewhere on the net and can't find exact link. It happened to me too, with project cars and forza 6. after the update, started forza 6 and did not get error message

    I think it was on this forum but can't find it
