    Just started getting this issue and nothing suggested here works. Ridiculous, really starting to think I got the wrong console...

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? That should solve the issue.

    Go to setting/network choose go offline then press console button 8 seconds, Power back up go so setting/network choose back online, this fixed it for me you will need to sign in good luck.

    Thanks for replying. How is the console connected? Wired or wireless? If it's wireless are you able to try connecting via ethernet cable?

    Having the same issue, spoke to support chat. They emailing me a list of fixes to attempt. ill give them a go later when i get back from work and let you know what worked for me. Apparently there are many different weird ways to fix it so just have to pick
    which works for you!

    I'm gettig the same problem. Tried hard reset of xbox, turning router on and off. Also going offline then online on the xbox settings. My xbox is connected through an ethernet cable. The strange thing is I can use netflix and Amazon fine, accessing the store
    page also works fine it's just when I go to play a game!
