    So I've been playing PUBG off and on with my friends for the past few months. Haven' had any isses until the past two weeks. At first I was having a combination of errors..

    One of which I could not connect to a private chat with my friends. It wouldn't allow me to receive their invitations, I couldn' connect through join party or any other means. I would also get randomly kicked from private chat. Second I am having issues
    when entering PUBG I get a "We were unable to get your latest saved data" error. I can sit there and quit the game as many times as I want and restart, but this never fixes it and I usually get off the game at this point.

    After a week of his and trying different things including deleting games, profiles, etc with no results. I finally erased and reset my Xbox and reinstalled everything. This seemed to help for about 3 days when today I was playing PUBG again with my friends
    and was in a privae chat. The game kicked me out and when I attempted to restart I got the "We were unable to get your latest saved data" error again. I did not experience any private chat issues and could continue talking to my friends.

    My Xbox is hard wired to the modem and I don' believe I had any network disturbances.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I have the same problem. I've tried hard resetting, resetting my modem, Disconnecting, turning off and reconnecting, and nothing seems to work. This has happened with both Ethernet and wireless. Help!

    Here is a solution that worked for me when it said we cannot retrieve your last game save sync issue.

    1: press and hold xbox button on console for 10 seconds to turn off.

    2: clear cache by pressing and holding xbox button on console for 8 seconds until power brick flashes briefly.

    3: unplug power brick from both the wall and console for two minutes and then plug back in.

    4: turn back on and enjoy xbox games with cloud sync again.

    I found a work around for the syncing data issue. If you have a mobile hotspot connect it to your Xbox. Then let the game sync. Once it finishes syncing go to networking options and connect your router, but don't disconnect your mobile hotspot until your
    console has connected to your router. Once you are connected to your router disconnect your mobile hotspot. Then play a game and let the game save. Once the game saves you can exit out the game and start another game and you should not have any more syncing
    data issues.

    Hi all

    not sure if this will fix it , but if you go to settings and update your xbox (400Mb file) it should fix it

    I have read this somewhere on the net and can't find exact link. It happened to me too, with project cars and forza 6. after the update, started forza 6 and did not get error message

    I think it was on this forum but can't find it

    hi am having the same issues but when I tride to deleat my profile an reinstall it more thing s av gone wrong with it like when you high light something on tha left you carnt see the words at all so please help cause I carnt play my games at all now
