    We were unable to get your latest saved data error


    For the past 5 hours I have been having this issue with all my games, it cannot retrieve saves and I cannot play online.

    I removed my profile and restarted the xbox one by holding down the power button. When I retrieved my profile the gamerscore was 0 and it did not have my profile picture on it. The save games issue is still persistent also.

    Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated

    I have the same problem. I've tried hard resetting, resetting my modem, Disconnecting, turning off and reconnecting, and nothing seems to work. This has happened with both Ethernet and wireless. Help!

    Here is a solution that worked for me when it said we cannot retrieve your last game save sync issue.

    1: press and hold xbox button on console for 10 seconds to turn off.

    2: clear cache by pressing and holding xbox button on console for 8 seconds until power brick flashes briefly.

    3: unplug power brick from both the wall and console for two minutes and then plug back in.

    4: turn back on and enjoy xbox games with cloud sync again.

    Hello DeovidBoss can you tell me are you part of the preview programme?

    If you are then the update issued yesterday should hopefully resolve your issue. To check for updates

    1. Select settings in the guide menu

    2. Browse all settings

    3. Select System then Console Info & Updates

    4. If any updates are available to option to "Update Now" should be visible.

    to settings, network, and select Online. Then sign in and try to play your games.

    I found a work around for the syncing data issue. If you have a mobile hotspot connect it to your Xbox. Then let the game sync. Once it finishes syncing go to networking options and connect your router, but don't disconnect your mobile hotspot until your
    console has connected to your router. Once you are connected to your router disconnect your mobile hotspot. Then play a game and let the game save. Once the game saves you can exit out the game and start another game and you should not have any more syncing
    data issues.
