We want information on Controller Desync problem!!!!!

I have seen many posts of people with this problem, a controller that loses connection and people have tried all troubleshooting and it still has the same issue,Replacing controller does not solve it, and using USB cable still gives problem (controller
dont disconect but you cant do anything, as if it had lag or something) No one from Xbox supports is answering these type of posts. I want answers to these questions..

1. What causes this problem?

2. Can it be solved or a console repair is the only way?

3. Is Microsoft doing anything to prevent consoles like these to reach the markets?

4.How can we prevent this from happening?

This problem makes it imposible to play any game, online or offline. If Xbox suppoer does not answer, then let us try to figure out what causes this.

I think that maybe the wireless reciever gets over heated and gets damaged. My xbox has never falled or recieved any kind of damage, so over heating could be the only thing causing some damage... but still I have the xbox in a very ventilated place so it
should not over heat. Maybe dust gets inside and could be what damages the console.

I just want answers, thats all, as I will waste money by sending my console to repair(warranty already expired), I want to prevent this from happening again.

Also , I want to hear about those who have sent their system for repair because of this problem...Did repairinf console fixed the problem?

Desynchronization...ugh...

........I've been trying to figure out the problem for weeks and finally put the effort in to search.. I am also using a fight stick thats not default controller setting... my connection is great so im going to set it back to the default and see if that
fixes the desync problem... thx to all for the input...

 

Xbox one controller will not sync to the console no matter what i do ive gone through the help videos and no luck.

It is the console, not the controller. I have a controller desync problem too, worst is that Microsoft is not giving anyone any info on what the problem is. I think they are selling damaged consoles. Only way to fix that problem is to buy a new xbox, or
to send yours to repair but manny have claimed that even after sending it for a repair it still has the same issues. Microsoft needs to adress this issue Assap!!!

Not a full release product from the posts i have seen its a beta issue and has to be resolved thru thr preview team itself

If you are in the beta you should remember you signed up for a beta test which can have bugs and are part og any beta

 

No. Its not a Beta. I bough my console brand new about a year ago, in a gaming store. I have not signed for a beta in anything related to xbox or microsoft. I bough the xbox that came with no kinect. The problem started occurring about 6 month after purchase.
At first it only disconected like, once every 2-3 hours so it was no big deal. about 8 months after purchase, the controller started disconecting every 2-3 minutes instead of every 2-3 hours. I talked with support, they told me it was a faulty controller.
12 after purchase, I replaced my controller as support told me. About 3-4 days later controller had same problem. Now support says that I need to send my console for repair.

 

Same problem here, multiple controllers. I raised the issue last year, but it was presented to me that it might have been something else in my room causing a conflict. I bought that, and we tolerated it - using hard-wired controllers. This week I've tried
to resolve (many months after) and it's certainly not anything else. Have tried all the walkthroughs, multiple controllers, factory default restore, offline diagnostic thing and ends with the console needing a repair. £110 please, for an xbox which probably
worked as intended for about 3 months.
