I play minecraft on the PS4 and I recently created a Microsoft account so I can play with my friends and at first it was working then yesterday I tried logging it to my Microsoft account but it said something went wrong. Ive looked online and it seems
that some other people have had the same problem, I tried doing what people had told them to do like turning console off and on again, and call the Microsoft and Sony support lines but Sony told me to go to Microsoft and Microsoft just didnt understand that
it was just minecraft that I was having trouble with even when I told them. Im not majorly angry I just want to log in so I can buy my little sister one of the worlds for Christmas. Please help as soon as you can.

Mojang support is useless. Three days I’ve been waiting for a response to the same problem. I am finding tons of posts about this all over the place yet no one seems to have any answers on this. Maybe Microsoft could try to reach out since this is part
of their issue as well since we use their accounts? This is not just isolated incidents hundreds of people are having this problem

I can sign in to those websites just fine and I already talked to PS4, I said that above. Please help.
