If I may ask, on which website you're trying to change your country?

You havs to use the region migration tool found on this website under my profile and manage my region

Thanks for the update. We would like you to go to the
account website, and update your address even if it is correct update it. Doing this will update the profile. Make sure the profile is not on the console. Once you update the address then try and download the profile. Being that it was last used on a Xbox
360 it most likely needs updating or refreshed. To update address log in on website, select your info, just above picture select contact info. Once there go towards the bottom and click on address book.

Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure we provide the correct solution. Are you interested in moving the primary email address to your Xbox profile and moving it to a different account? Do you want to have
two separate accounts? The Xbox profile is associated with a Microsoft account so the email address that is registered to your Microsoft account is used for both. Be sure to let us know the results!

Thank you for keeping us updated. That is correct. If you decide to remove the email address from the Microsoft account; it cannot be recovered. Your parents will need to
create a new account in order to use an email address that is not associated with your Xbox profile. The Xbox profile information cannot be transferred from one account to another.
