We need to have a discussion, or a debate.

I know I'm not the only one who feels that what I'm about to say needs to be said. Many people ,like myself, have been suspended for " trying to acquire modifications or hacks". I don't know when this started happening, but they have no proof of me trying
to acquire them. My GT: Minecraft FPS (Mainly for the moderators, and enforcement team) Look into that account. As you can see, I've been playing nothing but usf4. ( Ultra Street Fighter 4) I don't see how that counts as trying to acquire mods. That means
that the enforcement team are banning based off assumptions. What do you guys think about this?

Well you were playing black ops 2 as recently as 13 hours ago and MW3 even more recently on this account and the other doesn`t seem to exist, so that really ruins your "i only play USF4" doesn`t it?

Both those games are heavily modded and more than likely thats where you got caught.

The only thing i don`t agree with when it comes to modding, is that the suspensions have been reduced to 2 weeks, they should have stayed permanent.

Second, you can't even try to mod usf4 .

Third, nobody was modding , again, check the gamer tag in the description.

I'm pretty sure since they want to ban off of assumptions, they can be more than willing to log on my account and check EVERY SINGLE video on bo2 and mw3.

Remember they have game recording on.

THEY ARE ASSUMING!, it's a stupid rule and needs to be removed ASAP.

 

He was saying that the gamertag you mentioned in your original post doesn't seem to exist.... meaning, he can't find a profile for said gamertag.

As for the comment about Black Ops 2, well, as a frequent poster here you'll come to notice that the vast majority of people who complain about being banned just so happen to have a few Call of Duty games in their recently played list.

 

Yes i did mean i couldn`t find the gamertag you say is banned, however it is now showing up.

You last played black ops 2 6 days ago.

My point is, if your defence is "i only play usf4, which can`t be modded", it falls flat instantly when you are playing black ops,a very badly modded game, less than a week ago.

And to add to my point you have modded achievements in world at war too,on that account, so you have certainly been in modded lobbies before.

 

The WAW mod was was 2 years ago.

And of course bo2 will show in my recents becuase I've played zombies n it lol, again check my recent games.

And for those 6 days I've only benn playing usf4 and netflix.@

And again I don't have a lot of games so bo2 will stay in my recents until I have lots of games.

And I'm not banned, suspended.

And it would be stupid for them to ban people for assuming that we were trying to acquire mods.

 

It can take many months for a ban to be investigated, it could have been something you did a while ago.

The site was having issues, thats why your tag didn`t show up.

XBLPET never ban anyone based on assumptions, i have no idea why you would think they would.

 

They suspended me for no reason..

There's no way they would ban me if I did something 2 years ago....

I haven't modded , joined, or did anything containing mods, or exploits, at all.

The are definitely suspended people if they think something's up.

 

I didn`t say 2 years ago, but you seem to be under the impression that it can only be something you have done in the last couple of days, not true.

It could have happened months ago, reports take a long time to process.

They do not ban people without reason, i am very sure you know what you have done.

The email you received obviously told you why you were banned as you are referring to asking for mods.

No one here can answer that question for you, but as i said i bet you already know.

They did not ban you for no reason, they banned you for trying to acquire mods, thats a reason.

I have to keep repeating it because its not sinking in.
