i504thLoNeWiSo, this is something that can only be dealt with by the game's support, not Microsoft. On Microsoft's side, it can only perform the report function for the user who uses this type of mod so that the Department of Enforcement reviews and applies some type of sanction, in the event that they determine it.

To report a player who has behaved inappropriately or has posted inappropriate content:

Press the Xbox button on the remote to open the guide, and then go to Contacts and select the gamertag you want to report. If the player is not a friend, select Recent players, or select Find someone and enter the player's gamertag to search for it.

In the player profile, select Report or block.

Select one of the following reasons for the complaint:

Traps: the player used unauthorized modifications or tried to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.

Unsportsmanlike behavior: the player does not show good sportsmanship.

Select Add comment to provide more information. When finished, select Report.

my Fun Will be Doubled.

Assuming this would even happen (it's very unlikely) because most of the people who care for that game already have it and are probably not going to be willing to re-purchase it or re-level their characters from scratch.
